AbhiFit is coach-led, not machine-led. Founded by Abhinav, a certified coach, we combine world-class equipment with personal attention. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll get structured guidance — not just access to machines.

Yes consistency matters more than training every day. Our programs are designed so even 3-4 sessions per week build strength, improve fitness, and deliver visible results when paired with the right guidance on nutrition and recovery.
Yes. AbhiFit is an exercise and nutrition program, and if you do not address nutrition, you are missing the foundation of fitness. You cannot out-exercise a bad diet. To reap the full rewards of the AbhiFit program you need to workout regularly and optimize your nutrition.
Yes. Whether you’re gluten-free,, vegan, or allergic to specific foods, we will customize your plan to fit your lifestyle.
Absolutely. Every program is tailored to your fitness level and physical condition. We prioritize form, injury prevention, and safe progression, with modifications available for all exercises.
We'll use a variety of ways to communicate. This includes live video calls, as well as video and text messaging. Your coach is available to you 24x7 and you can expect a response within a few hours (unless it's in the middle of the night, of course!)
Check ins are as frequent as you'd like them. At a minimum, your coach will check in with you every day, inclusive of a comprehensive weekly review of your activity and your training plan for the upcoming week. While some of our members prefer less frequent, more diagnostic check-ins, many of our members appreciate regular check ins during the week to stay accountable to their plan.
